The Following Terms & Conditions will apply to the order of any and all products/services from Marvin Roberts LLC dba HowtoGetShredded.net.
Refund/Return Policy
Marvin Roberts LLC will ship any physical products at the earliest possible convenience and should be delivered no later than 14 business days of the order. Ebooks and personal training are not physical products and therefore will not require any shipping. Any physical products will be shipped by regular carrier including Fedex, UPS, and/or U.S. Postal Service.

Refund/Return Policy
Returns are allowed within 30 days of the purchase for dissatisfied customers. You must express your concerns in writing to info@howtogetshredded.net or by writing to 701 N. 48th Street, Suite 203, Lincoln, NE 68504 and postmarked by the 30th day after purchase. Returns are subject to a charge of 20% of the original purchase price for handling plus all transportation charges and must be accompanied by the product invoice. Credit will be based upon the quantity received in reasonable condition and as determined by seller.
